Wat Dusidaram Arun Amarin, Bangkok Noi, Bangkok. In the past, about 60 years ago, when the storyteller was still young, he saw a stone pillar. The size is about the size of a 4-khan or 5-khand pillar, 2 cubits and a half tall, and is placed in a corner inside the balcony surrounding the temple. Near the pagoda located in the north behind the chapel that is still visible today.

At that time, the place was still overgrown with grass and was revered by the people at that time (some of those who came to see it saw But some people didn't see it.) Later, the teller came to look again but didn't see it. And it is not known how or when the stone pillar disappeared. Therefore, in this matter it can be concluded that the naming of this temple "Sao Prakhon" may be taken as a sign of the stone pillar. Both match the meaning of the word "Prakon" which is also used as the name of the large pillar that marks the boundary. If you consider it, it's reasonable enough. But it cannot be guaranteed that it will definitely end.

Incidentally, the word "Prakon" which is the name of this monastery By Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Risara Nuwattiwong His Majesty defined it as follows: "Khon" can be translated as "pillar" or "main". For example, the words "sao prakon" or "dash" which are words that give the meaning of a beautiful image, such as "plat", "plat", "chup", "prachuap". A meeting is a meeting,” which is the evidence that will be shown. In what year was this temple built? Who created it? And what kind of Thawornwat or Buddhist objects were created in the first period? They do not appear, so it is not possible to know.

The sacred object that is real estate is the Buddha image in the posture of Mara. It is enshrined in the temple. The lap width is 2.12 meters and the radius is 2.00 meters high. The Apostle is 97 cents tall and sits folded on a 1-foot base. Located on an upturned lotus pedestal, on the right and left side of the Buddha image, one on each side, facing towards the Buddha image. There are 64 standing Buddha images made of lacquered cement and gilded on the walls of the balcony surrounding the temple.

In the corner courtyard of the two balconies in front of the temple, there is one prang on each side, with the lower base being 4.10 meters wide and the same height of 9.75 meters, and in the corner courtyard of the balcony behind There is one pagoda on each side, the bottom base is 4.10 meters wide and the same height is 10.15 meters. There are also movable objects of worship, namely Buddha images in various poses. Some big, some small, many more.

The permanent objects of the temple that exist now are the chapel, pillars and walls up to the rafters made of brick and mortar. The upper part is made of wood with a 3-tiered roof, with a crow's-leaf chorfa. Roofed with ordinary terracotta tiles, believed to be in the Ayutthaya style. The outside temple, only the Ubosot, is 22.10 meters long and 10.10 meters wide. Phalai 1 in front and behind the Ubosot is 4.10 meters long on each side and 10.10 meters wide inside the Buddha image. The chapel is 19.52 meters long, 7.92 meters wide, and 9.57 meters high from the floor to the rafters. Inside, two palai are each 3.36 meters long and 9.80 meters wide.

Gable of the temple, both front and back The lower part is made of brick and cement. The upper part uses wood carved in a coiled stem pattern with an angel holding a Khan and sitting on a pedestal. In the middle of lacquering and gilding Decorated with the same mirror on both sides.

The front door behind the chapel. Inside the palai and the exterior window arches on both sides of the chapel are patterned with cement. There is a bouquet of crow leaves covered with glass.

Doors and windows of the temple outside The floor is lacquered with a water pattern, 2 bush shaped khao bins. But the window has all disappeared. There are still only some parts remaining on the door.
