Tips for making Thai desserts
- Choose ripe bananas. The dessert will come out sweet, delicious, not astringent.
- At first, knead the dough for about 5 minutes to make the dough soft and sticky.
- Coconut topping should be dense coconut because it will have a nice aroma.
- Steam the dessert with medium heat for 20 minutes.
