Wat Pa Si Seat Tha Tum, Pa Sang, Lamphun. Wat Pa Si Siat, affiliated with the Maha Nikaya monastic sect, spans an area of 7 rai, 1 ngan, and 70 square wah. Its structures include an ordination hall (ubosot), a vihara, monk residences, a wooden Buddha image, a scripture hall (Tripitaka Hall), and a stupa. The vihara was constructed in 878 CE (B.E. 1421), and the ordination hall in 1471 CE (B.E. 2014).

Wat Pa Si Siat was established in 1780 CE (B.E. 2323). According to its history, the temple was originally named Wat Don Kaeo Sai Mun. Later, it was renamed Wat Pa Si Siat due to the abundance of Si Siat trees surrounding the temple and the village. The exact date of its founding is unknown.

However, an ancient wooden Buddha image at the temple bears an inscription indicating it was dedicated in 751 CE (B.E. 1294). The temple was officially granted the status of a royal temple (Visungkaama Sima) in 1802 CE (B.E. 2345).
