Wat Kamphaeng Kaeo The temple was built in 1738, located at Village No. 1, Ban Rong Khi Lek, Saphan Thai Subdistrict, Bang Ban District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. Under the Maha Nikaya Sangha and was bestowed Wisung Kham Sima in 1746 and later became an abandoned temple.

 

The temple area has an area of ​​75 rai, with an ordination hall 12 meters wide, 20.50 meters long, brick and mortar, 16 meters wide and 28 meters long, built of wood and concrete. 8 houses of monks are wooden and concrete buildings. In addition, there is a prayer hall, a place of worship and a cemetery. The villagers often call the temple for short as "Wat Kaew or Wat Kamphaeng".
