Wat Rom Luang where located at 146, Ban Rome Luang, Sansai – Phrao Rd., Moo 4, Mae Fax sub-district, Sansai district, Chiang Mai was under Maha Nikai.

 

The temple was built in year 2405 on the land with size of 4 rais 3 ngarn and 3 square wah. Its vihara was Lanna style with color glass decorated Naka stairs rail, inside there was mural painted about Vessantara story. The chedi was made of bricks.
