Cultural Hall of Uttaradit Province Located at the Governor's Mansion building, it is a center of important antiques of Uttaradit people, suitable for study and research and as a historical reference. One of the important antiques is "Yanmas" or a 3-tiered, transparent carved wooden pole, 73 centimeters wide, 3.50 meters long, 1.45 meters high. It was crafted by artisans in the late Ayutthaya period.
