Wat Khu Tao Located at Moo 3, Tambon Mae Tom, is an ancient temple. Which is located along the U-Tapao Canal before going out to Songkhla Lake. Constructed before the year 1856, in the Ubosot there are murals of Phra Vessantara Jataka by local skilled craftsmen at that time.
And inside the temple, there are sema leaves, lotus flowers, chanting pavilion, water pavilion, bell tower, Thai-style wooden crown. Later, the Ubosot of Wat Khu Tao has been registered by the Fine Arts Department. It was renovated in 1995. It can be considered that Wat Khu Tao is an ancient place that proudly showcased the people of Tambon Mae Tom.
