Wat Khum Attractions in Mae Hong Son Khun Yuam, Khun Yuam, Mae Hong Son. Wat Khum belongs to the Mahanikaya Order and is situated on a land area of 2 rai, 3 ngan, and 25 square wah (approximately 1.1 acres) under a Sor Kor 1 land deed. The temple's boundaries are as follows: to the north, it is adjacent to a water barrier; to the south, it borders the village; to the east, it is adjacent to private property; and to the west, it borders the village.
 
The temple structures include a sermon hall and a meditation hall. Significant sacred objects include decorative wooden stones with Burmese-style glass inlay, which have been registered as cultural heritage by the Fine Arts Department.
 
Wat Khum was officially established in 1824 (BE 2367), though historical records indicate its original construction dates back to 1791 (BE 2334). The temple was built through the efforts and donations of Mae Thao Nang Chong Yot and the devout villagers. Locals often refer to the temple as "Wat Chong Khum." Currently, Phra Tu Saranadhammo serves as the abbot of Wat Khum.
