Wat Teparam is located at No. 58 Moo 5, Tambon Pa Bong, Amphoe Saraphi, Changwat Chiang Mai. The previous name was Wat Na Ho Lam Chang. It was built in 1752, by Chao Rom Khao. It is under the Maha Nikaya.
The buildings in the temple are an ubosot, a vihara, 2 monk's dwellings, a chedi or a pagoda, a belfry, kitchen hall, a sermon hall in the monastery, 3 salas, Guanyin shrine. Sacred objects are buddha statues in the vihara in Sukhuthai style, Uthong, and etc. The abbot is Phra Athikarn Kraiwit.
