The best-known attraction inside the park is Maharat Stone Garden. This area features large natural rock masses arranged throughout dry forest, creating a landscape that feels almost like an outdoor stone sculpture park. The shapes differ from one rock to another, and the area is especially attractive for relaxed walking and photography. Because it lies close to the entrance and park headquarters, it is also one of the easiest places to visit within the national park.

 

Another major highlight is Coral Mountain, or the rocky coral-like formation area located around kilometer 18–19. This landscape developed through long geological processes involving crustal movement and erosion over millions of years. The result is a sharp, coral-like stone terrain unlike most other natural attractions in Phrae. It is one of the park’s most visually memorable places and a key reason many travelers choose to visit Doi Pha Klong.

 

The nature trail at Coral Mountain is about 1,100 meters long. Although the distance is not great, the path can be demanding in some sections because parts of the ground are lined with sharp rock. Because the park also connects well with Ban Pin, Long District attractions, and textile-related cultural sites, it works very well as part of a longer travel route rather than only as a stand-alone stop.
