Sunflower Fields Lopburi–Saraburi are one of Thailand’s most popular winter attractions, located along the Phatthana Nikhom–Wang Muang route. Every year between November and December, these fields bloom into vast golden landscapes, attracting travelers from across the country.

 

The fields stretch across agricultural land between Lopburi and Saraburi provinces. During peak bloom, the scenery becomes a sea of bright yellow sunflowers, creating a perfect backdrop for photography and relaxation.

 

Sunflowers are planted after the rainy season around September. They require little water, grow quickly, and are ideal for dry-season farming, making them both an agricultural and tourism asset.

 

Visitors can walk through the fields, take photos, and enjoy the peaceful countryside atmosphere. Local products such as sunflower seeds, snacks, and honey are also available for purchase.

 

The surrounding area features scenic hills and rural landscapes, making it an excellent short getaway destination from Bangkok.

 

Getting There The sunflower fields are accessible via the Phatthana Nikhom–Wang Muang road. Travel time from Bangkok is approximately 2–3 hours by car.
