The main road to Wang Kaew Waterfall is paved, making it accessible by private car or motorcycle in normal conditions.

 

Travelers using public transport can take the blue songthaew route from Lampang to Wang Nuea and get off near Wang Nuea District Office. From there, a local vehicle or hired transport is needed to reach the waterfall. The fare and return time should be agreed in advance because transport from town to the waterfall may not run frequently throughout the day.

 

Another nearby waterfall is Wang Thong Waterfall. It uses the same main entrance route toward Wang Kaew Waterfall but branches off before Wang Kaew by about 9 km. The route to Wang Thong Waterfall is more difficult and includes laterite road sections. Visitors should check road conditions before going there, especially after rain.
