Pratu Pha Archaeological Site in Lampang Province is one of northern Thailand’s most important prehistoric rock art sites. Located near the Chao Pho Pratu Pha Shrine along the Lampang-Ngao road, the site covers limestone cliff areas on the eastern side of the mountain range. Its main highlight is a large group of prehistoric paintings more than 3,000 years old, spread across several cliff surfaces and commonly described as one of the most remarkable rock painting sites in Southeast Asia.

Getting There is convenient by private car from Lampang toward Ngao District. The site is located near the Chao Pho Pratu Pha Shrine along the Lampang-Ngao road, close to the main highway. Visitors can combine the trip with nearby historical, cultural, and natural attractions in Mae Mo, Ngao, and Lampang city.
