Tad Huai Khrai Waterfall is a natural attraction located in Tap Tao Subdistrict, Thoeng District, Chiang Rai Province. It is situated in Ban Khrai village, approximately 13 kilometers from Thoeng town and about 60 kilometers from Chiang Rai city, along the scenic route toward Phu Chi Fa.

 

The waterfall is surrounded by lush forests and offers a peaceful natural environment. Water flows gently over rocky layers into a basin below, creating a refreshing atmosphere especially during the rainy and early winter seasons.

 

This destination is perfect for travelers who prefer quiet and less crowded locations. Its untouched setting makes it ideal for nature lovers, photographers, and those seeking relaxation.

 

Visitors can travel from Chiang Rai city to Thoeng District, then continue toward Chiang Kham for 6 kilometers before turning left toward Phu Chi Fa for another 7 kilometers. From Ban Khrai village, visitors can park near the entrance and walk into the waterfall area.

 

The trail is relatively easy but can be slippery during the rainy season. Proper footwear and caution are recommended.
