Wat Tha Thung Luang is an old community temple under the Mahanikaya order, located at No. 16, Moo 1, Ban Tha Thung Luang, Tha Thung Luang Subdistrict, Mae Tha District, Lamphun Province. The temple was formerly known as Wat Tong Luang. The current name, Wat Tha Thung Luang, reflects its connection with the local village and landscape.
