Wat Nong Koet is an old community temple in Tha Tum Subdistrict, Pa Sang District, Lamphun Province. It is a royal-status community temple under the Mahanikaya order and was established in 1893. The temple received its royal boundary grant in 1897, making it an important Buddhist site for religious ceremonies and local community life.

 

The temple is located at 264 Moo 3, Ban Nong Koet, Tha Tum Subdistrict, Pa Sang District, Lamphun Province. Its land area covers 6 rai, 1 ngan, and 69 square wah, with land title deed number 16986 and land number 192. The temple grounds are bordered by public roads on all four sides, showing its close connection with the surrounding village and local community network.

 

Wat Nong Koet has several important monastic buildings, including an ordination hall, a viharn, a sermon hall, monks’ residences, and a scripture hall.
