Chao Pho Ton Krabok Shrine is located within the area of the 12th Military Circle or Chakraphong Camp in Prachinburi Province. It is a sacred site that has been deeply respected by soldiers and local residents for generations. The shrine is also known as the Muean Sri Wiset Theprith Shrine. It is surrounded by large, shady trees within the camp. The name "Ton Krabok" comes from an ancient Krabok tree that once stood prominently in this area and was believed to be the dwelling place of a revered spirit that the camp's people have worshipped and trusted over time.

Local legend tells that Chao Pho Ton Krabok is connected to an important figure in the past named Khun Phahan, who was later promoted to the title of Muean Sri Wiset Theprith. This figure was highly respected by both villagers and soldiers in the area. Although the exact historical details remain unclear, the name has been preserved through faith and rituals held at the shrine to this day.

In addition to Chao Pho Ton Krabok, Chakraphong Camp is also divided symbolically into two sacred guardians. Chao Pho Ton Krabok is regarded as the "Guardian of the Front Gate," while Chao Pho Thong Dee, enshrined at a large Bodhi tree near the central roundabout, is the "Guardian of the Rear Gate." This belief represents the protection of the camp from both directions, serving as a spiritual symbol of safety and stability.

Every year, a sacred ceremony is held to worship Chao Pho Ton Krabok, especially during major camp events such as Thai Army Day or the welcoming of new recruits. These ceremonies are believed to bring blessings to the soldiers and their families. During special occasions like the Open House event, the public is also given the opportunity to visit the shrine and learn about the history of Chakraphong Camp up close.

The atmosphere surrounding the shrine is peaceful and serene, making it ideal for meditation and worship. Inside the shrine, there are offerings and a sign with the name "Muean Sri Wiset Theprith" prominently displayed, reflecting the deep reverence and faith of the camp community toward the guardian spirit throughout the years.
