Wat Ang Sila in Prachinburi Province is a serene Buddhist temple situated on a small hill in Non Si Subdistrict, Kabin Buri District. Reaching Wat Ang Sila is straightforward. For private cars, travelers can take Highway 33, also known as Suwannason Road, toward Saha Group Industrial Park in Kabin Buri. From there, turn left at Nong Anamai Junction in Village No. 1 of Non Si Subdistrict, and continue for about three kilometers until reaching the temple on the right-hand side. For those traveling by public transport, buses from Bangkok to Kabin Buri are available, and from the bus station in Kabin Buri, local motorcycle taxis or community-based transport can take you to the temple conveniently.

 

Visitors should note that the temple is open daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Since the path to Phra Sila Rueang Rit on the hilltop is a little steep, wearing proper footwear is recommended, along with carrying drinking water and sun protection. Modest attire is encouraged when visiting, as the temple is an active religious site.

 

A visit to Wat Ang Sila is not only about sightseeing but also about connecting with spirituality and experiencing the local way of life.
