Taweechai Elephant Camp is a large-scale elephant camp located along the River Kwai Yai in Kanchanaburi Province. It stands out for its nature-based activities and traditional mahout lifestyle, set on an area of more than 60 rai. The camp is suitable for general tourists, families, corporate groups, and film production crews.

 

The main activities include elephant riding through natural forest trails and mahout villages, bamboo rafting along the River Kwai Yai, bathing elephants, camping activities, and group programs that are thoughtfully designed to harmonize with the natural environment.

 

Getting There From Kanchanaburi town, the camp is approximately a 30-minute drive by private car. Travel via the Lat Ya–Si Sawat Road, using Highways 3199 and 3457. The route is convenient and clearly signposted throughout.
