Wat Pa Amphawan located in Muang District It is a temple built in the era when Yasothon had a governor under the rule of Laos. There is an Ubosot and a Mondop covering the Buddha's footprint. The footprint of the Buddha is made of red sandstone, about 80 centimeters wide and about 3 meters long. The base on the side is a trace of overlapping lotus petals. The Mondop is a square shaped building. with slender peaks descending from the Mondop house.
