THAVIBU Art Advisory is a contemporary art space in Bangkok’s Silom–Bang Rak area, founded on the vision of Mr. Jorn Middelborn to support and promote artists from Southeast Asia—particularly those from Thailand, Vietnam, and Myanmar. Formerly a gallery open to the public, THAVIBU has evolved into a full-fledged art advisory, working more closely with collectors and serious art enthusiasts.

The core of THAVIBU lies not only in exhibiting artworks, but in “curation.” Every piece presented is personally selected by Mr. Jorn Middelborn, based not solely on market trends but on intuition, connection, and the artist’s identity. As a result, the works on view span a wide range of forms, techniques, and ideas—from painting and photography to sculpture and mixed media.

Today, THAVIBU is open strictly “by appointment.” This format creates a private and focused viewing atmosphere, ideal for those who wish to spend time discussing, understanding, and engaging deeply with the artworks. Whether you are a collector, artist, architect, curator, or a serious admirer of contemporary art, a visit here is not just about viewing art—it is an experience of learning and meaningful connection.

The space is located within The Silom Galleria building on Silom Road, a hub that brings together several galleries and art-related venues under one roof. Situated in the Silom–Bang Rak district, the location offers convenient connections to Sathorn, Charoen Krung, and the Chao Phraya riverside, positioning THAVIBU as a clear part of Bangkok’s contemporary art ecosystem.

Getting There The most convenient way is to take the BTS to Surasak Station and walk to The Silom Galleria. If traveling by private car or taxi, simply set your destination as “The Silom Galleria.” Visitors are advised to contact THAVIBU in advance to arrange an appointment before every visit.
