Phlai Phet Cave It is an important archaeological site. Because it is evidence that in the area of Ranong especially in the district of La-un Has been inhabited by humans since prehistoric times.
Because the ancient artifacts were found earthenware scraps which has a technique to decorate the surface of the container with a rope pattern It is estimated that the cave is the residence of 2,000-4,000 years of prehistoric people. The cave is large. There are long, complicated caves, some with beautiful stalagmites and stalactites.
