Fatoni University It is the first Islamic private higher education institution in Thailand. It was established by Islamic scholars and experts in Islamic studies in the region. which has the intention to promote and develop Islamic studies and other sciences Teach according to Kitabullah and Sunnah.

 

Fatoni University Established on April 3, 1998 named "Yala Islamic College" later "Yala Islamic University" by the Foundation for Islamic Higher Education in the South. Open for first year students 200 people with bachelor's degree in 2 disciplines, namely Shari'ah (Islamic Law) and Uzuluddin (Islamic Principles) which Fatani University Received building budget support and buildings from the Islamic Development Bank (LDB).

 

Subsequently, the status was changed to a university on June 14, 2007 and changed its name to "Fatani University" on October 3, 2013.
