Mekong River Attractions in Chiang Rai Upstream born in China Flowing through Thailand at Chiang Saen District, Ban Sop Ruak (Golden Triangle Area) passing through Chiang Khong District Then flows through to the southeast into the sea in South Vietnam.
 
This river as far as passing Chiang Rai province. It is considered a border line between Laos and Thailand. With a length of about 94 kilometers, Chiang Rai people make use of this river.
 
Especially those in Chiang Saen District Use in agriculture Planting crops such as tobacco, cabbage, cabbage etc.
