Doi Pong Ka It is a mountain that the Khun Mae Roum people to give respect. It is considered to be a holy mountain, because each year the villagers will go up to the top of the hill to pray to ask the rain.

Doi Pong Ka is a mountain with a very steep. If you are on the top of the hill, you can see many neighboring villages such as Ban Pa Kluay, Ban Khun Mae yod, Ban Pang Ung, Ban Pangkii, Tambon Mae Sruk, Ban Huay Pha, Tambon Mae Na Chorn.

 

And with beautiful scenery. And another highlight is the top of the hill with a thousand roses. It will bloom in the winter or around December to March every year.

 

Travel The distance to Doi Pong Ka from the village about 2.5 kilometers to walk. The villagers have improved their way up the stairs. And each year there will be up to less than 3 times.
