Kaeng Sai Ngam Located at Village No. 10, Ban Sai Ngam, Nam Man Subdistrict, Tha Pla District, Uttaradit Province It is a well known tourist attraction in Tha Pla District. because of convenient transportation and most importantly, the rapids used for swimming next to a very big road Just park the car and walk down to only 30 meters.
 
And the place is spacious Suitable for family trips. because the rapids are not too deep The rocks are not very steep. Can play both young and old. Food and beverage services are also available.
