Wat Khao Tham Ban Phae, Mai Ngam Sub-district, Phahon Yothin Road, turn right from Highway No. 1 at kilometer 423 into the road for about 900 meters, built in 1894. The cave hills surrounding the area are lined with complex layers of natural stones. Khao Tham is a mountain about 70 meters high.
Inside the cave there is a replica of the Buddha's footprint. Phra Sangkachai Guan Yin and Luang Por Tanjai is enshrined in the chapel. It is a Buddha statue that is finished with plaster in one day. At the top of the mountain is a pagoda. overlooking the city of Tak. Every year after Songkran, there is a festival "Up to Khao Tham Temple" with merit making offerings to monks during the Thai New Year festival and bathing the Buddha's footprint.
