The Village Social Development Center or Ban Santitham is located at 224 Moo 1, Ladkrating Sub-District, Sanamchaiked District, Chachoengsao Province. Its herb garden spreads over 10 Rai with 700-800 different kinds of plants. These plants are herbs that help with healing.

 

Wanakaset, the Village Social Development Center is built of Thai wooden house with kite shape tile roof. There is also a space under the house. It is a place where meetings or lectures take place.

 

The house is used as a place to exhibit local old farming tools and devices. At the back of the house is where model of the barn, rice threshing equipment and rice huller for farm machinery are on display.

 

Certain part of the house is reserved for a youth camp. There are spaces for recreation and activities. This place is suitable for those who are interested in natural, self-sufficient living. Students, farmers, and academic scholars who are interested in this area often visit this place.
