Kanchanaphisek Arts and Cultural Center Created on the occasion of His Majesty 50 years of his reign, which Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn His Highness presided over The opening ceremony was held on December 11, 2001 as a 7-storey building.
 
Built by emphasizing the beauty of the applied Isan architecture. There is also the Ubon Nithat Cultural Hall. which is a local learning center of the community and a collection of local wisdom There is also a center for academic conferences, theatres, and many other facilities.
