Praprom Shrine Attractions Prachuap Nong Kae, Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan. Praprom Shrine is located on Khao Mahachai in the Nong Khae sub-district, approximately 5 kilometers south of Hua Hin town in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The shrine was renovated and rebuilt by Dr. Pussadee Jitchum, and its construction was completed in 1999 (B.E. 2542).
