Wat Bang Rong Built in 1893 and bestowed Wisungkamsima in 1983. In Ayudhaya Kingdom's era, while Phrajao Tak was gathering people to conquer Jantaburi, he rested at Banpakon River bank and built the temporary camp.
 
When he left, everything was left behind. Therefore, local people named the village "Ban Bangron" and built the temple afterward.
