Ku Mahathat (Prang Ku Ban Khwao)

Located at Ban Khwao, Khwao far away from town along the Charunsanidwong road round 13 kilometers. This archaeological sitea around the 18th century made of laterite pavilions form a square. Height from the ground to the top 4 meters wide and 2 meters 2 cubits.

 

Inside the castle has 2 Terracotta Buddhas saluting the conch surrounded with walls made of laterite. There are has Sandstone only 1 door to entry and another doors are fake. The Fine Arts Department excavated successfully.
