Step 3 Then pound the dough ball until the dough is homogeneous. And put a little water mixed with tapioca flour and mix a little in a mortar until the dough is soft.
 
Step 4 Then bring the flour to liquefy. Then put in a cylinder to sprinkle in a pan of boiling water. You will get a long line of Khanom Jeen noodles.
