Wat Nong Luang (Wat Sa Prathum) Nong Ya Sai, Nong Ya Sai, Suphan Buri. Originally known as Wat Sa Pathum, this temple is believed to have been established more than 126 years ago. It features an ancient vihara (sanctuary hall) constructed in 1800 CE (B.E. 2343). The roof is made of fish-scale tiles. Inside the vihara, there are three Buddha statues, with the principal statue known as Luang Pho Ket Pathum, revered by the people of Nong Ya Sai District.
Over time, the vihara fell into disrepair due to its age. Restoration and renovation efforts were undertaken to preserve its original structure, focusing on repairing the roof and walls. These efforts were completed in 1989 CE (B.E. 2532).
