Lam Nam Nan National Park It was declared a national park on September 30, 1998. The highest point of the park is Phu Phaya Pho Mountain, 1,350 meters high. It is the boundary point of Phrae Province and Uttaradit Province. The park has cold weather all year round. It rains heavily in May-September. Viewpoints, Red Forest Route, Krai River and Nang Phaya River which traverses along the edge of the mountain The scenery is very beautiful. Because this route cuts through the dry evergreen forest. And the evergreen forest makes the air cool. You can also see many kinds of plants such as wild orchids, Phaya Sua Krong and various ferns.
 
There are 2 nature trails, 2.5 kilometers long and 4 kilometers long, with viewpoints along the way. In addition, you can see the beautiful scenery of the Sirikit Dam Reservoir.
 
Kaeng Nang Phaya is a large and small stone rapids descending. in the middle of the Nang Phaya River There is water all year round. The rapids are very beautiful.
 
In addition, in Lam Nam Nan National Park There are also many waterfalls such as Choeng Thong Waterfall, Huai Mun Waterfall. and Doi Pha Mok Waterfall which is a small waterfall There is water all year round. Because there is a fertile watershed forest. And is a waterfall near the Choeng Thong National Park Protection Unit. It is more convenient to travel from Phrae Province, namely from Phrae District. Entering Wat Phra That Cho Hae When arriving at Wat Phra That Cho Hae Turn left and go straight for about 9 kilometers.
 
How to get there: The National Park is 35 kilometers from the city of Uttaradit along Highway No. 1045, kilometer 43-44, Uttaradit - Sirikit Dam. Pass through Ruam Chit Intersection, Tha Pla District and Huai Charoen Intersection, you will find a junction on the left hand side for about 4 kilometers to reach the Lam Nam Nan National Park Office.
