An area of ​​approximately 825 square kilometers or 517,850 rai is a national park in honor of His Majesty the King. Declared a national park on July 28, 1988. The general forest condition is a plateau alternating with sandstone mountains.
 
The forest condition consists of mixed deciduous forest, deciduous dipterocarp forest, dry evergreen forest, hill evergreen forest. The plants found are Takhian, Tabaek and Kakok. Wildlife found are barking deer, deer, hyena, etc. Interesting places in the park include.
 
Huai Huat Reservoir It is located about 500 meters from the park office. It was caused by the construction of an irrigation dam under the royal initiative of His Majesty the King. At the pavilion on the right bank of the reservoir, there is a strange shaped rock. You can also see 2 streams of waterfalls which flow into Huai Huat Reservoir.
 
Kham Nam Sang Waterfall It is the highest waterfall in the park. If you stand on the dam ridge looking down to the south, you will be able to see the waterfall. The waterfall is 25 meters high and the waterfall is 1.8 kilometers from the park office.
 
Phu Phayal has a beautiful viewpoint. Around the cliff there are various carvings, images that are about 3,000 years old. Travel by Highway No. 2339 (Tao Noi - Si Wicha) and turn left into Ban Na Ang - Muang Kham. Travel through Ban Phon Bok - Phon Phaeng to Ban Na Pang 5 kilometers from Tao Noi District, can be reached by car.

How to get there: From Mueang Sakon Nakhon District, take the Sakon Nakhon-Nakhon Phanom highway for about 14 kilometers, turn right for about 12 kilometers, you will reach Tao Noi District.
