Mahamakut Ratcha Wittayalai University Roi Et It is the educational area of Mahamakut Wittayalai University which is a public university. under the supervision of the Ministry of Education Request for approval to be established by the Royal Dhammanuwat (While holding the title of Phra Praphatsaramuni), the primate of Roi Et Province (T) and Phra Thammathitiyan (while holding the rank at the Royal Sarasutee) in 1992.

In 1998, the Roi Et campus requested approval to expand the classroom to open for teaching and learning at Wat Sri Thammaram. Wittayathamrong Road, Nai Mueang Subdistrict, Mueang Yasothon District Yasothon Province is now called "Yasothon Education Center" later in the year. 2007 was approved to upgrade to a college called "Yasothon Theological College".

In 2001, it was approved to expand the classroom to open for teaching at Prachaniyom Temple, Thinanon Road, Kalasin Sub-district.
