Namtok Pha Charoen National Park It was declared a national park on November 8, 1994. The area covers Chong Khaem Subdistrict, Phob Phra Subdistrict, Khiri Rat Subdistrict, Phob Phra District, and Dan Mae Lamao Subdistrict, Phawo Subdistrict, Phra That Pha Daeng Subdistrict, Mae Ku Subdistrict, Mae Tao Subdistrict, Tambon Mae Tao Subdistrict. Mahawan, Mae Sot District, has an area of 534,375 rai.
Most of the area is steep and complex mountains. The area is 1,765 meters above sea level. The general condition is mostly mixed deciduous forest, pine forest and Krachiao flower field. which is a natural wild flower Characteristics of large, bright orange flowers Flowering between July-October every year around the park office. Pha Charoen Waterfall is a limestone waterfall formed by many streams flowing together with the water source on the mountain. Then flows into the lower tiers of small waterfalls, totaling up to 97 levels, with water throughout the year. The beautiful season is the rainy season. Travel using Highway 1090, Mae Sot - Umphang. Turn left at kilometer 37 and go straight for about 700 meters.
Huai Nam Nak Hot Spring is a natural hot spring The water temperature was measured at 60 degrees Celsius. At present, Phob Phra District has built facilities and a pavilion at the hot spring area. Tourists can visit all year round. To get there, take Highway No. 1206, the Phap Phra - Ban Klong Strait route. Turn right before reaching the district. Meet Phra to Huai Nam Nak Village.
Doi Kia Viewpoint Located in Mae Sot forest, Moo 4, Phob Phra Sub-district, is the highest point on the Thai-Myanmar border. Pa Wai Waterfall along Highway 1090, Mae Sot - Umphang route. At the 43rd kilometer main area, turn left along the road leading to the village for about 20 kilometers. The path is winding. Then continue walking for about 30 meters to find a crater about 10 meters wide, deep underground, no depth survey. Water flows into the crater and disappears in the area under the mountain. Pa Wai Waterfall originated from Huai Pa Wai creek with water all year round. There are many rattan trees in the surrounding area, hence the name of the waterfall. To get there, take Highway No. 1090, the Phap Phra - Umphang route. Turn left before reaching kilometer 42, about 20 kilometers.
